Hey, I did this last year--it was hard. Of course, I wasn't doing it mugshot style, so maybe that's easier. I managed to pull it off, but I didn't have an easy way to upload the pictures and name/number them automatically. As a result, I don't have them all in my Project365 Flickr set, but you can check them out here:

That's cool.
One cool thing about Daily Mugshot is that you can set 'landmarks' on your first photo. These are target points to help you align future photos so you can frame your head consistently. So I set landmarks for both my eyes and my mouth.
